A glittering success at The Society Club
Last week we hit Soho to share some Valentines love with our friends at The Society Club. Tatty Devine's designers Rosie and Harriet led a free workshop to make glittering brooches as featured in the How To Make Jewellery with Tatty Devine book. While we all started out with good intentions, for most of us our sparkly love tokens soon became gifts to ourselves, with only a few making it to their intended recipients. And they call it puppy love.... You're not gonna reach my telephone... Some very a-peeling brooches were made... Some got lucky in love... This girl made a brooch to fawn over: Some spookily good crafting went on: Adding initials makes a necklace even more personal: Triple glitter! We had a great evening. A big thanks to everyone who came along and the lovely people at The Society Club who made us feel so welcome. After all that cake and crafting we were dog tired, and there was nothing left for us to do but go home for a little nap.
