TAKE A TRIP TO COLUMBIA ROAD FLOWER MARKET

Now that spring has sprung, it's time to make the most of the sunshine.

One of our fave things to do on a Sunday is head to Columbia Road Flower Market. Only a short walk from Shoreditch High Street (and our Brick Lane store!), the flower market is open every Sunday from 8am until around 3pm,  come rain or shine. The hustle and bustle of the market is wonderful - hundreds of beautiful smelling blooms in every colour under the sun, market owners shouting "two for a fiver!", happy customers holding bouquets of fresh flowers and buskers playing live music that put a spring in your step - it's somewhere you have to visit at least once! But trust us, you'll definitely be coming back for more.

Fancy taking a trip? Check out our tips and top spots below...

OUR TIPS FOR THE FLOWER MARKET

Want to avoid the crowds? Get there as early as you can and have the pick of the crop... | ...or grab yourself a bargain by visiting later in the day - from 2:30pm you'll be able to get flowers for practically pennies! | Not sure of the best flower combos or how best to look after them - why not ask the market holders for their tips? |  Make sure you have a decent amount of money on you (change and notes!) - the nearest card machine is a little walk away  | Bring your camera! You can't help but get a bit snap happy at the market.
