Look closely at the intricate laser etched detailing and you'll see the sweep of these nymphs' hair is actually a foaming mini wave, accessorised with a delicate star fish headband! It's not the first time that we've been inspired by under-the-sea sirens. Back in 2011, designer Charlotte Olympia asked us to create a necklace for the goodie bags at her London Fashion Week SS12 presentation, 'Sirens'. Inspired by a beguiling print from the collection, Harriet got her sketch book out and created a beautiful statement necklace in shining gold Perspex...and here it is! We love the romantic curve of her tail, saucy star detailing and rosebud lips: A very limited number were made in our London studio and sent off to London Fashion Week in time for the presentation. Only lucky members of the press and VIPs who attended Charlotte's show were gifted the necklace, making it very special indeed!
